Athletic Physicals: Players must have a newly completed physical done by June 7th. This can be done by a medical provider of your choice OR at South on 6/7 between 6-8pm ($20). After June 7th, if coaches have not received the completed athletic physical form the player will not be allowed to participate in practices until the form is received. (DOWNLOAD FORM HERE)
